Pam Hedges is a highly sought after coach and career strategist engaged by forward-thinking companies and motivated individuals who are interested in developing leadership skills, achieving business goals, and building productive relationships.
Grounded in common business sense, Pam has a penchant for adding relevant insights to any situation. She is known for making a difference wherever she goes and elevating the influence of those she coaches.
Prior to starting her coaching and consulting business, Pam was Senior Vice President for Lee Hecht Harrison where she revitalized and managed the executive program in Irvine, CA. She was one of six individuals in the nation to serve as a Signature Consultant for LHH’s highest level clients. While at Lee Hecht Harrison, Pam achieved the “Consultant of the Year” award for all U.S. based offices.
Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Pam served as Director of Marketing for IDAK Group, a career management firm in Portland, Oregon. She began her professional career as a Sales Executive for Xerox Corporation.
Pam has her Master’s Degree in Communications and Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She is a certified executive coach and a partner with Wiley, the publisher of DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Her other certifications include Results Based Coaching and EQi.
Pam is currently on the Board of Directors for OneOC, whose mission is to accelerate the success of other nonprofits. She is committed to “doing good” in her community. Pam and her husband, Charlie, live in Tustin. They have one son who is a professional baseball player.
