INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVE COACHING

After building a company from start to nearly one billion in annual sales, CEO transformed style from “actively-involved president” to “high-level, public relations CEO.”
Foreign President of American workforce modified his style to create a better fit with an American culture of work.
Senior Manager promoted to VP after being passed over for 3 consecutive years.
Manager with $3 MM signing authority changed management style from autocratic to more collegial and successfully led a company-wide strategic change.
Partner promoted to EVP only one year after the other partners threatened to terminate employment and buy him out.
High level GM increased productivity 25% by effectively addressing ways to improve communication and leadership with his team.
Manager prevented termination by implementing new leadership competencies.

CORPORATE CONSULTING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Created and implemented an Executive Development Program for a $750 MM affiliate of a multi-national corporation, including competency models, 360 feedback, and personal coaching.  Resulted in significantly improved management skills/behaviors for the company’s executives.
Designed the implementation of a strategic alignment process for a Canadian Oil Company.  Worked closely with the senior management team and one dozen producing teams in an effort to maximize profitability while reducing redundant and lesser value activities.  Resulted in adding several millions of dollars to the bottom-line.
Designed and facilitated a series of senior management team collaboration sessions with a World Class International Oil Company and its contracted Energy Services Company for a three billion dollar refinery upgrade project in Saudi Arabia.  The two senior teams experienced a complete turnaround in attitude, work strategies, and productive inter-personal relations.
Created a Performance Acceleration Program designed to substantially accelerate the performance of new hires.  This innovative program has been successfully piloted and is being implemented enterprise-wide in a company that hires up to 8,000 people annually.  The estimated impact on retention and productivity is very high.
Currently designing and implementing an Executive Development Program for a two billion dollar financial institution.  The program includes management models, performance assessment instruments, succession planning, and training / coaching tools.
