Executive Coaching

We began coaching executives in 1994, long before most people were even familiar with the process. Although our coaching processes are extremely results-oriented, we are most interested in discovering that critical link between the value of the individual and the needs of the company. Our coaching services focus on assimilating new leadership behaviors that create value for the company.  Increased productivity, reduced turnover, and improved profitability are direct results.  Several assessment instruments (including 360 degree feedback) are used.
