Pam Hedges is a highly respected executive coach and career strategist engaged by forward-thinking companies and motivated individuals who are interested in developing leadership skills, achieving business goals, and developing productive business relationships.  She has more than 20 years experience in the fields of executive coaching, career consulting, and leadership development 

Prior to starting her coaching and consulting business, Pam was an SVP for Lee Hecht Harrison where she revitalized and managed the Senior Executive Program in Irvine, CA.  She was one of six individuals in the nation to serve as a Signature Consultant for LHH’s highest level clients.  In March of 1999 Pam achieved the prestigious “Consultant of the Year” award for all U.S. based Lee Hecht Harrison offices.

Before joining Lee Hecht Harrison in 1987, Pam served as Director of Marketing for IDAK Group, a career management firm in Portland, Oregon.  She began her professional career as a Sales Executive for Xerox Corporation.

Pam’s education includes a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Communications.  In 1995, she was certified as a Member of the California Registry of Professional Counselors and a practitioner in the Institute of Career Certification International. Pam also achieved a certificate in coaching skills from Results Coaching Systems.
